You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible product. We mostly prefer replacement over returns, but we also accept returns. The possibility of a replacement is higher to ensure you receive a working product as quickly as possible.

Return Instructions

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any documentation, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship the return to the address provided in the return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your return within 5 business days. If approved, a replacement will be processed. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
