You may request a return within  7 Days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Some products may have different return windows or may not be eligible for return; these exceptions are clearly noted on the relevant product pages.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved for a free return (such as for damaged or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs (unless otherwise specified) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

International Returns
